- Prescriptions in original pharmacy bottles with current instructions
- Emergency contacts for parents or guardians, outpatient providers, and school
- Any legal, IEP, or 504 paperwork relevant to care and academics at Bearwallow Academy, BlueRock’s on-campus school.
Clothing for residence, school, and fitness (7-10 day set)
- 7-10 tops that mix short and long sleeves
- 2-3 pairs of jeans or casual pants
- 3-4 pairs of athletic shorts or sweats

- Pre-wash new clothes to avoid skin irritation.
