Let’s work through it together in a safe, structured environment just 30 minutes from Asheville.

At BlueRock, growth shows up in everyday moments: class wins, shared meals, trail walks, and honest conversations. On our 140-acre campus in the Blue Ridge Mountains, about 30 minutes from Asheville, students reset, acquire new skills, and rebuild confidence within a structured, caring community.

Supportive Environment
Your teen lives in a safe, structured, and nurturing residential setting with 24/7 supervision. We cultivate a sense of community and belonging so students feel seen, supported, and ready to grow.
Integrated Approach
Our residential life is fully integrated with our clinical and academic programs. This holistic approach ensures therapeutic progress extends beyond formal sessions, reinforcing positive behaviors and coping skills in daily life.
Life Skills Development
We focus on teaching three important skills to students: flexibility, problem solving, and distress tolerance.
Person-Centered Plan
Each student follows an individualized plan with clear goals and milestones. Staff celebrate wins and provide real‑time support and redirection so students keep moving forward.

Help when teens need it most.

Health, Fitness & Experiential Programming

Nature is a powerful catalyst for change. We weave outdoor adventure and experiential learning into each week so students can challenge themselves, collaborate, and apply therapeutic skills in real-world settings.

Hiking, mountain biking, trail running, kayaking, swimming, tennis, fishing in stocked ponds, weightlifting, basketball, and baseball are available. Programming is tailored to individual needs, whether the goal is confidence, stress reduction, or stronger teamwork.

Relationships Drive Change

Strong relationships are the heart of BlueRock. Experiences on campus, like those on the trail, at the pond, or in the classroom, create the trust and confidence students need to turn new skills into lasting habits at home.
